Our Story
A quieter way back to Scripture.
Praylight began with a simple hope: make it easier to open the Bible, ask an honest question, and carry one meaningful thing into the day.

Why Praylight
Phones are good at filling attention. We want to help make room.
Many people want a closer relationship with Scripture, but the moment between intention and action can feel surprisingly wide. Reading plans become another obligation. Questions go unasked. A missed day becomes a reason not to return.
Praylight brings reading, reflection, and conversation into one place so that beginning feels simple. It is not a shortcut around the text. It is an invitation back into it.
What guides us
We build around a few durable convictions.
Scripture leads. The product should keep the biblical text visible, primary, and easy to return to.
Conversation clarifies. Bible chat should help people ask better questions, not replace reading or community.
Gentle rhythms last. We design for returning with grace, not maintaining a perfect score.
Attention deserves care. Calm interfaces can make more room for reflection, prayer, and presence.
Where we’re going
One thoughtful daily practice, shaped over time.
We are building Praylight patiently: clearer reading, more grounded conversation, and small practices that help Scripture stay present beyond the screen.
